As the last century drew to a close and the third millennium began, the Egyptian government's direction was to push towards the establishment of new urban communities to move out of the narrow valley to vast virgin lands in the desert hinterland, so that they would be a natural extension of the expected urban expansion and to accommodate the steady population increase, which had entered a point of no return. At the same time, private sector companies were encouraged to play their role in this aspect of the national economy.
Meanwhile, the idea of establishing Al-Badr Company had taken root in the mind of its founder, Eng. Faraj Saad Abdel Latif.
وﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻢ ﺗﺄﺳﻴﺲ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻓﻌﻠﻴﺎ ًﻓﻰ اواﺧﺮ ﺗﺴﻌﻴﻨﻴﺎت اﻟﻘﺮن اﻟﻤﺎﺿﻰ و ﺑﺪاﻳﺔ اﻻﻟﻔﻴﺔ اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺜﺔ ﻟﻴﻜﻮن ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻋﻤﻠﻬﺎ اﻻﺳﺎﺳﻰ ﻓﻰ ﻣﺠﺎل اﻟﻤﻘﺎوﻻت اﻟﻌﻤﻮﻣﻴﺔ واﻹﺳﺘﺸﺎرات اﻟﻬﻨﺪﺳﻴﺔ وإدارة اﻻﻋﻤﺎل وﻗﺪ ﺑﺪأت اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺗﻬﺎ اﻟﻤﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ ﺑﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ اﻟﻨﻮﺑﺎرﻳﺔ اﻟﺠﺪﻳﺪة ﺛﻢ ﺗﻄﻮر اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺳﺮﻳﻌﺎً ﻟﻴﻐﻄﻰ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻋﺪﻳﺪة وﻣﺪن ﺟﺪﻳﺪة ﻋﻠﻰ ﻃﻮل ﺧﺮﻳﻄﺔ اﻟﻘﻄﺮ اﻟﻤﺼﺮى. ﺑﻞ ان اﻻﻣﺮ ﺗﻌﺪى اﻟﻘﻄﺮ اﻟﻤﺼﺮى ﻟﻴﺼﺒﺢ اﻻﺗﺠﺎه ﻫﻮ اﻟﻤﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ﻓﻰ ﻣﺴﺎرات اﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﻟﺪول ﻋﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﺧﺮى.
وإﻟﻰ اﻻن و ﺑﻔﻀﻞ ﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ زاﻟﺖ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺠﺪ وﺗﺴﻌﻰ ﻟﻠﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ أن اﺿﺤﺖ واﺣﺪة ﻣﻦ اﻫﻢ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﺮاﺋﺪة ﻓﻰ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻤﺠﺎل ﻟﺘﻜﻮن ﻟﺒﻨﺔ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ ﻓﻰ ﺑﻨﺎء ﻣﺼﺮ اﻟﻘﻮﻳﺔ واﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻫﺎ اﻟﻮﻃﻨﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﺳﺲ ﻋﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ
وﺧﻄﻮات ﻣﺪروﺳﺔ ﻟﻠﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﻣﻠﻤﻮﺳﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻳﻠﺒﻰ ﺗﻄﻠﻌﺎت وﻃﻤﻮﺣﺎت اﻟﺸﻌﺐ اﻟﻤﺼﺮى اﻟﻌﻈﻴﻢ.
